Job summary

Qualifications

• Must perform routine patient care including ADLs and basic nursing tasks under supervision.
• Ability to monitor and report vitals and changes in patient condition.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and health care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care and support department services.
• Assist with ADLs, comfort, feeding, bathing, mobility, and transportation of patients.
