Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and writing in English.
• Able to maintain professional composure in medium to high-stress situations.

Responsabilités

• Provides age-appropriate care to patients.
• Demonstrates knowledge of developmental stages for the pediatric age groups.
• Monitors basic physiological parameters and records vital signs.
• Performs or assists with phlebotomy and EKGs.
• Administers treatments per Baystate Health policy.
• Assists with procedures and supports the RN and physicians on unit.
