Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Record vitals and patient data; report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Assist with positioning, ambulation, and mobility aids.
• Collect samples and monitor blood glucose where applicable.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and uphold infection control.
• Maintain PPE use and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
