Job summary

Abrazo West Campus is seeking a compassionate patient care assistant to provide comfort and personalized support under RN supervision. You will assist with routine tasks, participate in shift and bedside reports, and support unit communication to enhance patient experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, infection control, and adherence to safety protocols. A CNA/PCA certification or high school diploma with CPR is required, and prior acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or CNA/PCA certificate.
• CPR certification required.
• EKG training in selected units.

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered nurse and provide patient comfort.
• Attend shift and bedside reports and support unit initiatives.
• Follow pre-established guidelines and perform duties under supervision.
