Job summary

Preferred candidates hold a CNA/LNA certification from the Arizona State Board of Nursing or equivalent, with CPR certification and at least one year in an acute care setting. This position is based at Abrazo Central Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, within the Tenet Healthcare system.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• EKG training in selected units is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized, culture-specific patient care under RN supervision.
• Assists the nurse with tasks requiring less technical skill and participates in shift handovers.
• Supports regional, facility, department, and unit initiatives.
