Responsibilities

• Assists in patient care including hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Performs routine technical tasks: vital signs, specimen collection, intake/output, glucose checks.
• Documents care and nursing data in the charting system.
• Orientates patient and family to environment and safety procedures.
• Follows plan of care and reports changes to the registered nurse.
• Transfers patients and equipment as needed and monitors supplies.
• Performs additional duties to support SRAlab.
