The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, no experience required, and AHA BLS certification (or approved alternative for non-certified hires).

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Licensure: AHA Health Care Provider BLS Certification required (or approved alternatives for non-certified hires).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, age-specific patient care under RN or LIP supervision.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to the health care team.
