Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, non-invasive bedside care (bathing, feeding, grooming, etc.).
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and specimens as directed.
• Transfer patients using proper body mechanics and safety.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient rooms and beds.
• Respond to patient and family calls and requests in a timely manner.
