The role supports a team caring for multiple patients, delivering ADL assistance, vital signs, and patient safety measures. Responsibilities include data collection, notifying nurses of changes in patient status, and helping with education for patients and families.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant certification required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Implements direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse.
• Administers or assists with ADLs and vital signs.
• Collects patient data and reports changes to the nurse.
• Assists with patient and family education; may serve as 1:1 safety sitter.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are available for patient needs.
