Job summary

DelRicht Research, a clinical trials company, seeks a Patient Care Technician in Georgia. You will ensure a positive patient experience, guide patients through trial visits, and support data entry and documentation across trial protocols.

The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on patient care, adherence to study protocols, and collaboration with sponsors and clinicians. Experience in fast-paced clinical settings is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Experience in fast-paced clinical environments (Emergency Department/Urgent Care or similar) preferred.
  • Onsite Monday-Friday position.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure patients have a positive, professional experience.
  • Complete visits accurately and efficiently per protocol.
  • Assist with patient recruitment, enrollment and retention activities.
  • Guide patients through the clinical trials process and ensure required visits are attended.
  • Enter clinical and visit data promptly into required systems and documentation platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Sponsors and Clients on-site and maintain clear communication off-site.

Patient Care Technician's Main Objective
  • Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
  • Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols
  • Patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities are executed with strong focus and follow-through
  • Patients are guided through the clinical trials process, ensuring they attend and complete required visits
  • Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
  • Ensuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studies
  • Help maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates
  • Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track
Skills needed to win:
  • Required: 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation healthcare environment.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in fast-paced clinical environments (Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or similar)
  • This is an onsite Monday-Friday position
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Job Type: Full-Time 40+ hrs

Salary: $55,000-$60,000
