DelRicht Research in Charleston is seeking a Clinical Research Medical Assistant to ensure a positive patient experience and accurate visit execution across our network of sites. You will screen, enroll, and retain participants while maintaining protocol adherence and timely data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience in the clinic.
• Visits are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to clinical trial protocols at all times.

• Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits.
• Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms.

DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Clinical Research Medical Assistant's Main Objective:

• Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Visits are completed accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols at all times
• Patient screening, enrollment and retention activities are executed focus and follow-through
• Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits

Skills Needed to Win

• Helpful experience or backgrounds may include:
• Exposure to healthcare, patient care, clinic operations, or clinical research
• RN, LPN, medical assistant, medical scribe, or urgent care experience
• Clinical documentation and charting experience
• Team lead, shift supervisor, charge nurse, or other leadership experience
• Completing patient visits, or prior experience with clinical procedures like blood draws, ECGs, and vital signs

Job Type: Full-Time, 40+ hrs Location: On-site, with equal presence in our Charleston and Mt Pleasant clinics Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
