Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking an Injector Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our clinical trials. You will ensure accurate patient visits, adherence to protocols, and smooth enrollment and retention processes at our Tennessee sites.

The role requires a medical or nursing background with on-site, patient-facing experience and a strong focus on communication with sponsors and the site team. Competitive salary and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in a medical or clinical environment
• Active CMA/RMA/CCMA nursing license preferred
• B.S./B.A. from an accredited university preferred
• Experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position preferred
• On-site, customer-facing role experience preferred
• Coffee drinkers preferred; tea drinkers accepted

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care and a positive patient experience in clinical studies
• Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently while adhering to trial protocols
• Enroll and retain patients with focus and follow-through
• Perform intramuscular injections safely and accurately
• Enter clinical data across medical record systems promptly
• Lead as main contact for Sponsors and CROs on trials
• Ensure excellent communication with sponsors and clients onsite and offsite
• Provide timely protocol updates to physicians and the site team

Injector Nurse’s Main Objective:

Overall, the Injector Nurse is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies:

• Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
• Patient enrollment and retention activities are executed with focus and follow-through
• Perform intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately
• Clinical data is entered accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
• Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
• Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
• Physicians receive timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site tea

Skills needed to win:

• Required: 1+ of professional experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment
• Preferred: Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license
• Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
• Preferred: Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
• Preferred: Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Job Type: Full-Time 40+ hrs

Location: Hendersonville, TN with 20% flex to our Smyrna, TN clinic

Base Salary: $60,000-$67,000
