Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of CNA/MA/PCT program or equivalent training.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of start.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with patient safety and satisfaction initiatives.
• Collect vitals, temperature, pulse, respirations, BP, and document findings.
• Prepare patients for assessments and procedures; support assessments.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and care transitions.
• Support unit operations and PI activities.
