• Willingness to learn quickly and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age criteria and outcomes; promote safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients and nursing staff about status and care.
• Take initiative to exceed requirements and participate in care planning from admission to discharge.
• Participate in Unit/Department PI activities.
