• High School diploma or GED and/or equivalent programs.
• Completion of one of the following: CNA, Medical Assistant or PCT program; or Fundamentals of Nursing; or HMH PCT Apprenticeship; or equivalent medical background.
• Willingness to learn, strong teamwork, and commitment to patient-focused care.
