Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Completion of one of: CNA, Medical Assistant or PCT program; Fundamentals of Nursing; HMHPCT Apprenticeship; or equivalent medical background.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong accountability, teamwork, and dedication to high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care aligned with age-specific criteria and safety considerations.
• Ensure safe patient outcomes through sound clinical judgment and actions.
• Communicate with patients, nursing staff and care team about patient status.
• Show initiative to improve performance and create opportunities in care delivery.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning from admission to discharge.
• Engage in Unit/Department PI activities.
