Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completion of one of: CNA/MA/PCT program; Fundamentals of Nursing; HMH PCT Apprenticeship; or equivalent medical background. If not completed, eligible for HMH PCT Apprentice with future transfer to PCT.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, and a patient-focused approach to care.
