Job summary

Noland Health Services, Inc. is seeking a caregiver to provide activities of daily living and related patient care for adults and seniors in a hospital or facility setting.

The role includes bathing assistance, mobility support, vital sign checks, glucose testing, and helping with meals and transports, with shifts from 7p to 7a or 7a to 7p. A one-year care background and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of patient care experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living and other specified patient care procedures.
• Assist with bathing, oral/denture care, perineal care, turning and repositioning, ambulation, and meal assistance.
• Respond to call lights and relay information to nurses.
• Transport specimens and stock supplies.
• Discharge preparation and packing items for transfer.
• Stock and inventory of medical and general supplies.
• Obtain 12 lead EKGs and assist with procedures.
