Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provides activities of daily living for adult and geriatric patients with total or partial assistance as directed.
• Performs indirect patient care tasks: answer call lights, run errands, transport specimens, stock supplies.
• Assists with elimination, ROM, finger-stick glucose, intake/output, and vital signs; obtains 12-lead EKGs.
• Supports discharge preparation and maintains/ inventories supplies and equipment.
