Job summary

Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for full-time night shifts in the Rehabilitation ARU. The role supports nurses by assisting with individualized patient care and non-clinical tasks necessary to promote patient wellness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or enrolled in healthcare program required.
• CNA/CPCT certification or enrollment preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to participate in Mercy's UAP training program.

• Perform clinical and non-clinical tasks essential to patient care.
• Collaborate with care team to meet patient goals.
• Support safety and compliance during shifts.
