Mercy seeks a Patient Care Technician-PCT at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO. Under the supervision of the RN or LPN, you will assist in individualized patient care to support wellness and participate in a caring, collaborative team.

The role includes 12-hour night shifts, full-time schedule (36 hours/week), and opportunities for growth through Mercy's UAP ladder. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; EMT/CNA experience preferred and BLS within one month of hire.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA/CPCT or enrollment in a healthcare program encouraged.
• Preferred experience: EMT or CNA or prior patient care (PCA/CNA/ nursing student).
• BLS certification within one month of hire; PCT competencies within 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN/LPN supervision, assists in individualized patient care to support wellness.
• Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks essential to patient care.
