Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 90% full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) at Swedish American Hospital, 1401 E State St. The role requires active Illinois CNA registry status and BLS/CPR certification. Qualifications

• Must be listed as active and eligible in the Illinois Registry for CNA. Required
• High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred
• Computer experience. Preferred
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of fundamentals of nursing course and be registered on the Illinois Department of Health Registry or a nurse who has completed RN or LPN Training in another country and completion of EKG. Required

Work Schedule:

90% FTE, 7:00pm-7:00am, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $3/ hr evening, $4 hr night, and $3.25/ hr weekend shift differential as applicable for hours worked.

Additional components of compensation may include overtime and on-call pay
