Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a Nursing Assistant for a 90% FTE schedule. You will work three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays, at 1401 E State St. The role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a supportive care team.

Qualifications include active CNA eligibility in the Illinois registry and CPR certification. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Job description

Work Schedule:

90% FTE, Three-12hr shifts, 7:00am -7:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

• Computer experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of fundamentals of nursing course and be registered on the Illinois Department of Health Registry or a nurse who has completed RN or LPN Training in another country and completion of EKG. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
