Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time role at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. The position follows a 8:00am-4:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends, at 1401 E State St.

Job description

Work schedule:

100% FTE, 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, alternating weekends. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State. St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program or equivalent combination of education and experience. In lieu of a BSN, an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 2 years of relevant equivalent experience will be accepted. Required

Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. Required
• Care Management certification. Preferred
