Job Requirements

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT, you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians possess a combination of technical skills and genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Work Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or other applicable state-approved certifying bodies for experienced PCTs.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.

Salary Range
  • $19.39 - $31.89 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
