**Position Overview:**
- Term: 1+ year
- Location: Remote (100% travel)
- Pay: $30.00 - $37.00/hour, based on experience
- Hours: Standard business hours

Our Field Services Team delivers solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. As a first response point, you will communicate effectively, organize, triage issues, and proactively resolve problems. **Responsibilities:**

• Install or remove non-powered equipment hardware and wiring (on non-operational equipment).
• Conduct verification/continuity testing.
• Analyze job specifications and drawings.
• Understand Scope of Work (SOW) and prepare Job Change Order (JCO) summaries.
• Assign tasks to Skill Level 1 and 2 Installers.
• Prepare Method of Procedure (MOP) and write Job Information Memorandums (JIMs).
• Resolve issues related to job specifications or drawings.
• Update office record drawings and perform quality inspections.

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US, with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and RealID/Passport.
• At least 25 years old.
• Basic electronic skills, PC proficiency, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including driving long hours and working rotating/weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. unaided, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, and manual tasks.
• Basic set of hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.).
