Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and record patient vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.
• Report abnormal findings and assist nursing team; provide reassurance to patients.
• Prepare patients for meals and assist with routine environmental care (linen changes, surface cleaning, room tidying).
• Collaborate with a team of nurses to support patient care and Put Patients First.
