Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Part-time Night shift Patient Care Technician to support the Cardiac Med Tele SDU. You will measure vital signs, assist with blood draws, and collaborate with nurses to ensure patient comfort and safety.

The role requires a Nurse's Aide background, a high school diploma, plus a phlebotomy program and BCLS certification. On-site work is required within New York City, with a strong emphasis on patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Nurse's Aide or equivalent.
• High School diploma plus approved phlebotomy program and BCLS certification.
• Energetic, approachable with a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Measure and record vital signs (temp, pulse, respiration, BP).
• Draw blood and assist nursing team as needed.
• Report abnormal findings and comfort patients while providing care.
