The role requires CNA and BLS certifications, strong communication, and reliability. You will collaborate with RNs, handle scheduling and documentation, and help maintain a safe patient care environment.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, mobility assistance and comfort measures.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer of patients and monitor patient condition.
• Coordinate with RN and interdisciplinary team for patient care and documentation.
• Answer call lights, schedule tests, transcribe orders and support unit operations.
