Qualifikationen

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.

Aufgaben

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care such as toileting, bathing, linen changes, and comfort measures.
• Assists with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Reports and records patient care findings in a timely manner and communicates changes to the team.
• Collaborates with RN and interdisciplinary team for best patient care.
• Performs clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling tests, and maintaining unit records.
• Acts as unit receptionist and supports telemetry duties when required.
