Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our telemetry team as a Nursing support role. The PCA supports patient care under RN supervision, assists with daily activities, and contributes to high-quality care in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of one of the approved PCA/PCT programs or CNA/MA/EMT/phlebotomy training.
• Six months direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN and respond to emergencies.
• Perform basic clerical tasks as needed (phones, greeting patients).
