Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) to support patient care, including Tele-Companion and Tele-Tech programs, and to assist with diagnostic procedures and patient instruction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and BLS certification, with preferred Nurse Aide/EMT certification and healthcare experience. Expect teamwork with the nursing care team and duties across ambulatory and inpatient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• Nurse Aide/EMT certification preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet the PCT competency assessment within three months of hire.
• Provide basic nursing care with dignity and respect.
• Collect and document patient information (vital signs, height, weight) in the EHR.
• Order necessary supplies and assist with telemetry/monitoring tasks.
• Assist with chart review, scheduling, referrals, and prior authorizations when applicable.
