Job summary

Bozeman Health is seeking a Patient Care Tech to support nursing teams and participate in Tele-Companion and Tele-Tech programs. You will assist with diagnostic procedures, charting, and patient instruction while aligning with our Culture of Excellence.

Responsibilities include competency development within three months, standard precautions, and accurate documentation of vital signs and patient data. This role requires flexibility for variable shifts and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Meet the Patient Care Tech competency assessment/skills checklist within three months of hire
• Complete Safety Companion/TeleCompanion competency and training where applicable
• Utilize Standard Precautions in caring for all patients
• Provide for patient safety and maintain patient satisfaction
• Perform basic nursing care with dignity and respect
• Record patient information including vital signs in the electronic health record
