Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation in Layton, UT is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Technician to support patients through treatment and recovery. You will work with a multidisciplinary clinical team to prepare patients, assist with procedures, and keep treatment areas clean and safe.

The role offers hands-on patient care in a spine-focused center, with emphasis on comfort, safety, and precise documentation in the electronic health record.

Formación

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or admin training is a plus.
• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or medical office role is preferred.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and assisting patients directly.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Warm, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
• Reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the physician, nurse practitioner, and physical therapist with patient treatments and clinical procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatment by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Set up, operate, and monitor therapeutic equipment according to provider instructions.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before patient visits and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with modalities and rehab equipment as directed by the clinical team.
• Monitor patient comfort and report changes to the provider.
• Maintain and organize treatment equipment and supplies.
• Document treatments and patient responses in the EMR.
• Coordinate treatment transitions and patient flow.
• Follow HIPAA and clinic policies.
