Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with daily living activities, take and document vital signs, and support the care team to meet unit goals.

The role requires CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR/BLS. You may float to other units as needed and participate in related clerical duties to coordinate patient services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of CNA course required.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required within 7 days of hire; CPI during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to meet daily living needs as directed by nurses.
• Accurately check blood sugar and record results; obtain vital signs as age-appropriate.
• Float to other nursing units as needed and assist with tests and patient services.
• Coordinate clerical duties and respond to emergencies per standards.
