The role supports shift reports and unit initiatives, with emphasis on compassionate, culture-specific care. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or CNA/PCA certificate, CPR certification, and ideally one year of acute care experience; EKG training is a plus.

Assists the professional or licensed nurse as delegated in tasks requiring less technical skills.Participates in shift and bedside report.
