Job Summary
Provides individualized, culture-specific patient care by attending to the personal needs and comfort of patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists the professional or licensed nurse as delegated in tasks requiring less technical skills.Participates in shift and bedside report. Participates and supports regional, facility, department, and unit initiatives.
