Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Hillcrest in Waco, TX is hiring a Patient Care Technician for Night shifts. You will work under a licensed nurse to help deliver patient care and support families, following the care plan and patient age considerations.

Responsibilities include collecting and recording patient data, assisting with ADLs, responding to call lights, processing admissions/discharges, and maintaining hygiene. Training is provided from day one.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Less than 1 Year of Experience

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient data, record vital signs and help patients with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Answer call lights and complete patient rounds.
• Help with completing/maintaining files and forms for admission, transfer, and discharges.
• Take care of patient personal hygiene and help with patient clean up.
• Comply with Baylor Scott and White policies and procedures.
