Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient data and vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) and patient rounds.
• Maintain patient files and forms for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Assist with patient hygiene and cleanup.
• Adhere to Baylor Scott & White policies and procedures.
