Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/MA/EMT or nursing student with one semester of clinical completed required or preferred.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing care activities as delegated by an RN.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor vital signs and document intake/output.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms and equipment.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Coordinate unit workflow with charge RN and team.
