Firelands Health in Sandusky, OH is seeking an enthusiastic caregiver to assist with delivering patient care, monitor vital signs, and support nursing teams in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and commitment to patient comfort, with opportunities for growth and tuition assistance within our health system. You will work closely with RN staff and other care team members to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Qualificações

• Prior hospital experience preferred.
• Critical thinking and decisive judgment.
• Current BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with delivering patient care: obtain vital signs, assist with feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
• Coordinate orders and communicate with physicians and nurses to support patient care.
• Assist with sterile field setup for suturing and procedures as directed.
• Respond to call lights promptly and communicate patient needs to the care team.
• Support unit goals for patient satisfaction and service excellence.
