Ascension is seeking a Nurse Aide for the ICU at Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee in Mequon, WI. This full-time night-shift role focuses on direct patient care within a busy ICU setting.

Qualifikationen

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire or transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Nurse Aide credentialed from Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry required prior to hire date or transfer date; can include Wisconsin state cert and hospital eligibility.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
• Note: Required licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Document the patient care journey, accurately recording vital signs and interventions to maintain high-quality records that support the multidisciplinary care team.

• Support patient safety and mobility by skillfully assisting with patient movement, placement, and transport for various exams and treatments.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly patient environment, ensuring supplies and essential medical equipment are in immediate readiness for use.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
