Ascension’s Calumet Hospital in Chilton, WI seeks a Full-Time Night Nurse Aide to provide hands-on care in Med Surg Swing. You will support daily living activities, monitor changes, and help with admissions, discharges, and patient movement while ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications include BLS within 30 days and Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry eligibility; high school equivalency or one year of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.

• Deliver compassionate, hands‑on care to support patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and personal well‑being throughout their stay.
• Serve as a vital link to the nursing team by observing and reporting changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions to protect patient safety and enable quick clinical interventions.
• Ensure smooth patient transitions by assisting with safe entry, discharge, and movement across the facility to maintain a seamless care journey.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records of patient care activities to support the broader medical team in delivering seamless, high‑quality care.
• Create a safe, healing environment by maintaining clean, well‑organized patient rooms and ensuring essential medical equipment is clean, prepared, and ready for use.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
