Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record patient data and vital signs; report to nursing team promptly.
• Assist patients with daily activities and hygiene; help with mobility.
• Maintain unit and patient records, files, and reference documents; manage supplies.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Support non-medical tasks as directed by nurses/physicians; transport patients.
