Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient data, vital signs, and nutritional intake.
• Assist patients with daily activities and provide sitter support as needed.
• Maintain unit and patient records, admissions, discharges, and calls lists.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and support nursing staff with communications.
