Job summary

Ascension St. Elizabeth in Appleton, WI is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Float Pool and support patient care. You will assist with daily living activities and report changes to nursing staff while keeping rooms clean and equipment ready for use.

Minimum requirements include a valid BLS credential, Wisconsin CNA status, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Eligible candidates must be able to work in a hospital setting with weekend/holiday rotation as part of a full-time

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month (30 days) of hire date.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed in Wisconsin with eligibility to work in a hospital.
• High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable experience.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.




• Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certifications may be required by specific job locations.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
