Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA or Health Support Professional program preferred or related nursing pathway.
• Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• Iowa Dependent Adult Abuse and Iowa Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of patient care.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse and care team.
• Protect patient privacy and dignity in all interactions.
• Organize and prioritize daily work, assist in preparing rooms and equipment as needed.
