Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient information clearly to patients, families, and team during handoffs and care.
• Provide safe, effective patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe patient condition and report changes promptly to the licensed nurse.
• Document patient care in real time with accuracy and privacy.
• Support patient privacy and safe handling during care and transfers.
• Participate in emergency responses within scope of practice.
