Responsible for rendering professional clinical and administrative care within the medical practice in support of and as directed by the Physicians, Audiologists, and Practice Administrator. Successful candidate will cross train to support both clinical and office front end. Excellent role for gap year and college students reaching completion of medical related programs to gain hands on medical practice clinical and administrative experience.
Experience with multi-line business phones systems
Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Athena)
Possesses the tact to deal effectively with patients, physicians and other employees in the practice.
Effective communicator in person, by phone, and through electronic correspondence.
Ability to multi-task in busy environment and cross-train on other office roles
Flexibility to work at more then one location (Lansdowne (Leesburg) and Potomac Falls (Sterling Cascades)
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual applicants a plus - Spanish, American Sign, etc.
Recent experience and patient contact responsibility in a medical setting
Job Types: Part-time (12-20hrs/wk, + leave coverage) and Full-time (1-3 positions available based on hour availability of new hires and current team)
Flexible to work with student class schedules.
Flexible to work an evening or weekend day (not currently in place)
Paid training remote prior to onsite
