CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to support intake, clinical rooming, and patient education in an onsite clinic in Lebanon, TN. You will verify medications, allergies, patient history, and manage EMR inbox routing to keep the day running smoothly.

You will work with physicians and nurses, ensure patients understand next steps via loop-back, and maintain HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MA training program or 3+ years experience.
• Current or in-progress BLS certification where required.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsabilités

• Intake & Clinical Rooming: verify meds/allergies, document history, perform screenings.
• Inbox & Worklist Management: route messages and ensure same-day task completion.
• Education & Loop-Back: confirm patient understanding of next steps.
